Dolau Bach Cottage is situated on a working small holding in a scenic part of Wales that is the perfect place for a short or long term break. The cottage is in a beautiful location backing on to the river Dulais and benefits from views of surrounding fields. The area is very quiet, peaceful and a real haven for wildlife. The village of Llanwrda is within easy walking distance, where the Post Office and Stores offers a range of everyday essentials and Croes-y- Ceiliog Inn offers meals on selected days. With the market towns of Llandovery and Llandeilo within a few miles there is a good range of pubs, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. The property sleeps 4-6 and has 2 well furnished bedrooms, one double and one bunk.
The lounge diner is furnished with a double bed/settee, chair, sideboard, coffee table, TV with Freeview and breakfast bar – which overlooks the river.
The bathroom has WC, hand basin, bath with shower over and a cupboard for storage of cleaning equipment, ironing board and airer.
The kitchen is well equipped with electric cooker, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, freezer, toaster and an ample supply of crockery, cutlery and utensils. The property has disabled access.
Dolau Bach cottage is a detached property that has ample parking, its own patio and BBQ area.
Our cottage is a non-smoking property, but please feel free to smoke outside.
